Terms and conditions

1. This promotion is in effect for all referrals to Nutspoker on and after December 14th, 2007.
2. In this promotion the following definitions shall apply: "Referrer" is the person inviting his friends to play; and "Referred Friend" is the person being invited to play at Nutspoker.
3. The Referrer is an existing Nutspoker depositing player, who invites his friends to play at Nutspoker using our "Refer A Friend" form in the poker client.
4. The Referred Friend must be a new Nutspoker player, and must not already have an account under any other name or alias.
5. The Referrer and the Referred Friend are only entitled to a bonus if the Referred Friend downloaded the Nutspoker software through the link supplied in the e-mail sent to him by the Referrer using the "Refer A Friend" form in the poker client. 
6. The Referred Friend must not list a "bonus code" when registering his new account, as this will result in his account not being linked to that of the Referrer.
7. Nutspoker will pay the Referrer a bonus of $50 for each Referred Friend he brings to play at Nuts Poker. This bonus will be paid as listed in clauses 8 and 9 below. In addition, Nutspoker will pay each Referred Friend a bonus of $25, paid as listed in clause 10 below.
8. The Referrer will receive an initial $25 in cash after the Referred Friend has downloaded and installed the Nutspoker software, opened an account, made a first deposit of at least $50 (or the equivalent of $50 in other currencies), and earned a minimum of 300 Nuts Points. The referred player must email support at support@nutspoker.com when he has fulfilled these conditions; after the data has been checked the bonuses will be credited. (Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for the bonus to show in your account).
9. The Referrer will then receive an additional $25 bonus dollars as (s)he earns Nuts Points in Nutspoker's real money cash games and tournaments. This pending $25 bonus will be added to bonuses the Referrer is currently entitled to under the Nuts Points system, e.g. First Deposit Bonus or Reload Bonus, and payment will be made in the usual increments of $5 per 600 Nuts Points collected.
10. The Referred Friend will then receive $25 bonus dollars as (s)he earns Nuts Points in Nutspoker's real money ring games and tournaments. This pending $25 bonus will be added to bonuses the Referred Friend is currently entitled to under the Nuts Points system, e.g. First Deposit Bonus or Reload Bonus, and payment will be made in the usual increments of $5 per 600 Nuts Points collected.
11. Players earning a Fellow Nuts bonus can check the My Account section of the Nutspoker client to get an update on the status of their bonus, and the number of Nuts Points required to redeem it.
12. Players have three months to earn the Nuts Points necessary to redeem their Fellow Nuts bonuses before the bonus expires.
