At first glance the poker software can appear confusing. This is a brief introduction to introduce the numerous functions of the software and help you to get to grips with it. Remember that our support is always available 24 hours a day to answer any questions you might have!
After logging in you can see a lot of different buttons:
The Help button calls up a very detailed menu explaining the various aspects of the software:-

The Options button presents you with various audiovisual settings, allowing you to alter the appearance and sounds of the poker tables.

Pressing the My Account button gives you access, via various tabs, to information concerning your bonuses, Nuts Points, account balance and table histories. The Player Transfer tab allows you to transfer money to other players.
A real-time, detailed history of all your previous financial transactions, including deposits, cashouts and bonuses, is accessible from within the game software at the click of a button.
You are also able to review your recent game history in real time from within the poker software - your past moves from the recent history, hands, bets, losses, etc are displayed in clear and easy to understand graphical format for quick and simple analysis. Your complete game history can be sent to you upon request from our support team.

The Cashier button gives you access to the various deposit and withdrawal methods available:-

The Players button gives you the opportunity to search by nickname for particular players at the tables.

Clicking the Online Support button activates the Live Chat support function, when available:-

Clicking the Refer A Friend button allows you to invite your Fellow Nuts to play at Nutspoker - and earn money for doing so. See our promotions page for details.

The Join waiting list button allows you to get in the queue for tables which are currently full:-

The Join Table or Go To Tournament buttons let you move to a table you have previously selected in the lobby lists:-

When it's your turn to act in a game, the actions available to you appear on the screen in the form of buttons you can press. A sliding bar allows you to increase the level of your bet; you can also simply type in a specific bet amount:-

There are also some pre-action check boxes :-
Sit out lets you remain at a table without actively participating in the game.
Auto muck means your losing cards are not shown to the other players.
Auto post means you automatically post the blinds in cash games when it's your turn, without being prompted.

The chat window provides a running commentary of the game and will display any messages typed by you or other players at the table:-

Using the chat options button you can determine how much or how little information you wish to have displayed in the chat window:-

The Stats button provides an overview of your actions at the table, in percentage terms.

The Get more chips button allows you to buy more chips in cash games - always provided your account balance has sufficient funds. You can also activate this function by clicking on the figure of the dealer at the table.

The player bubble flashes when a player has to act; it displays the player's nickname, chip count and his/her actions:-

By left-clicking on the player bubble you open a window which allows you to write notes about your opponents; these notes will be displayed when you encounter the player at a later date. You can also see the player's geographical location (if he/she decides to display it) and two check-boxes allowing you to block a player's chat and add a player to your buddy list, respectively:-

A flashing yellow arrow at the edge of the table indicates which player currently has to act.

By clicking on the links Current hand and Last hand in the top left corner of the screen you can call up a hand history.

A running total of the current pot is displayed below the figure of the dealer:-

A timer symbol indicates how much time a player has left to act before his/her hand is automatically folded:-

In the case of a split pot, the main pot and side pot are displayed as separate chip-stacks on the poker table:-

It is possible to join up to eight tables and play eight games
simultaneously. When you have joined a table, return to the lobby and select and join another table, repeating this again for additional tables. Switching between open tables is done through a set of table buttons located in the top left corner of the table window.
This feature is only available when playing in top view mode.
When you are playing multiple tables, you will see a list of the active tables in the top left hand corner of each table window. You can switch between tables by clicking on the Table Name in this list. To leave any of the tables, click on the red "exit" box adjacent to each table name.
