Nutspoker's top players of 2010 will battle it out for the right to go to the World Series Of Poker in 2011.
If you've ever dreamed of competing at the WSOP, this could be your chance – the prize is a $3,000 package to the WSOP 2011.

The 200 players who collect the most Nuts Points playing for real money at Nutspoker from July to December 2010 will win the chance to shoot it out in an online satellite, with the winner representing Nutspoker at the live event in 2011.

♠ $1,000 buy-in to a WSOP tournament in Las Vegas, Nevada (June 2011)
♠ Up to $1,000 for accommodation
♠ Up to $1,000 for flights and spending (depending on currency exchange rates).

♠ The first prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash. You must play or forfeit the seat.
♠ By playing or winning the super satellite you declare that you are ready and able to travel to Las Vegas, Nevada (USA)  in order to play at the World Series Of Poker. This includes any and all documents required for travel to the destination.
♠ Players must be at least 21 years of age to participate at the WSOP.

Terms and conditions

• Monthly cumulative leaderboards will be posted, starting in August 2010; the top 200 players on the leaderboard posted in January 2011 will be invited to participate in the online satellite to the live event.
• Should one or more of the invited players not wish to participate in the satellite, the invitation(s) will be extended to the player(s) in the next position(s) on the leaderboard. Also, if for any reason the winner of the online satellite cannot participate in the live event offered as the prize in this promotion, it will be offered to the second-placed player in the tournament, and so on.
• The winner agrees to his/her likeness and experiences before, during and after the events being used for promotional purposes as seen fit by Nutspoker management.
• The winner of this promotion agrees to the Super Satellite terms and conditions listed below.
• This promotion is subject to the standard terms and conditions of Nutspoker and may be amended or stopped at any time. All decisons made by Nutspoker management are final.

 
Nuts Poker Super Satellite Tournament Terms and Conditions

1. First prizes at Super Satellites are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.
2. Any individual player can win only one seat at a Super Satellite and the corresponding mainland main event.
3. Participants in Super Satellites must be at least 18 years of age, unless specified differently.
4. Players are responsible for having a valid passport and all other documentation necessary to participate in mainland poker tournaments.
5. Players from the same IP address, or from the same household, are not eligible to participate in Super Satellite promotions.
6. A player found trying to enter with more than one account into a tournament will not be eligible for Super Satellite promotions.
7. The use of offensive language at the tournaments will disqualify a player from participating in Super Satellite promotions.
8. Any player found colluding during the course of a tournament will be disqualified and his/her account will be frozen.
9. Any player found to be "soft playing" in order to allow another player to win during the course of a tournament will have his/her account frozen.
10. Any withdrawals made on any winnings at the tournaments are subject to Nutspoker's standard withdrawal procedure and collusion check.
11. By qualifying for Super Satellite promotions, players agree that their real names, aliases and images can be used for promotional purposes.
12. By entering the Super Satellite promotions, players agree that, should they win a mainland poker tournament seat, they will wear Nuts Poker apparel (hats and/or T-Shirts) in accordance with the instructions of Nutspoker management.
13. Nutspoker shall in no way be liable for any injuries, losses, damages or expenses suffered or incurred by any winner of a Super Satellite package as a direct or indirect result of accepting the mainland poker tournament seat.
14. All decisions made by the Nutspoker management are final.
15. Nuts Poker cannot advise on the tax position of winners, as some jurisdictions treat poker wins as tax free, while in other jurisdictions such proceeds are taxable. If the winnings are taxable in a player's jurisdiction, the player is solely responsible to keep track of and report his/her winnings to the appropriate authorities. Likewise, Nutspoker cannot advise on whether the playing of poker over the Internet is lawful in a player's jurisdiction.
16. Nuts Poker has the right to stop its promotions, or change their conditions at any time.
